Today is my weekend. I and my mother make a Thai dessert to give my father eating. I must to learn the recipe about how to make it because I never make any Thai dessert. Thai dessert that I choose is Thai Rice Balls in Coconut because it is easy to make. Thai people call Bua-loi. It is well-known because it is original Thai dessert. It is very delicious and fragrant. You can serve it eiter warm or cold.
Now, let learn how to make Bua-loi. First, I prepare ingredients consisting of glutinous rice flour, pandan essence, coconut cream, sugar, salt and egg. Next, I add pandan essence to the water. To mix the glutinous rice flour with enough water. Then I kead the rice flour to be pea-sized balls. I put the flour balls into a large pot that has water to a boil. When the flour balls float to surface, I will pick it up. After that, I add a coconut cream and the flour balls to a boil. I stir it constantly. Lastly, I serve it in small bowls. You can add sweet corn on surface. Finally, I separate a egg that I have boiled already on surface.
Wow! it has done to eat with my family. I think I will practice to make Thai desserts more because I would like to remain Thai desserts. Thai desserts are more delicious that the other desserts. In addition, Thai desserts are made very easy.
